For me, retreats are a form of adventure holiday that offer the unique experience of daily immersive yoga practice, outdoor excursions, and the opportunity to share these experiences with others in beautiful places around the world.
A yoga retreat with me is all about connecting with each other and reconnecting with yourself through yoga, travel, nutritious food, meditation, breathing exercises, conversation, and laughter.
