Donation Class for Morocco
Saturday, September 16
Donations of $25+
Please join Yuki and me for “Compassionate Yoga and Meditation” class to support the people of Morocco, who are affected by the massive earthquake that struck on 8 September. This is an all level class that will include breath work, gentle yoga, and kundalini yoga postures to open and balance the heart. We will end the class with a gong bath and healing meditation.
The class is IN PERSON at the studio and also LIVESTREAM on Zoom.
If you would like to donate but are unable to attend, please sign up for the livestream version.
Everyone who registers (In studio or livestream) will receive a recording of the class) so if you can't attend in real time you still be able to "take" the class.
Fall Renewal Workshop
Sunday, September 23, 2023
Many ancient traditions honor the fall season with ritual and introspection —pausing in gratitude to connect with, and appreciate, the natural world around us. This season may also stir up the challenges that come with change and transition.
Join Masuda for a workshop that reminds you to slow down, connect with your authentic self, and align with the rhythms of nature. Through heart-based practices, chakra yoga, meditation, and deep relaxation, you will access a stronger sense of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and open to the natural flow of love and gratitude in the world.

What My Students Say
"I took KYTT with Masuda and it was one of the best experiences of my life! I laughed, I cried and came away a new person. Masuda has a way about her that makes even the most abstract yogic concepts understandable and knowable. She embodies the wisdom and grace of all aspects of Kundalini Yoga, and is excellent at teaching and passing along that knowledge. Her presence alone is comforting and wise, and she’s hysterical! I’ve yet to find a teacher that has Masuda’s innate and beautiful gifts. She has an unrepeatable magic that I hope you get to experience firsthand!”
