Join Masuda for an experiential workshop to deepen your understanding of the chakra system and learn methods to experience emotional balance and resilience. Chakras are energy centers that related to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Each one of us has a unique energy pattern in our chakra system that is a result of our life experiences. In this workshop, you will gain greater awareness of your emotional and mental habits and patterns and learn tools from the yogic traditions to better manage your energy, your emotions, and your outlook. From this place of awareness, you can leverage your strengths as a teacher and share the gifts of the chakras with your students.
