This workshop is designed to introduce you the chakra system and deepen your relationship with the eight chakras. Chakras are energy centers that are part of your subtle energy system and relate to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
We’ll review the basic characteristics and functions of each chakra and practice breathing techniques, yoga poses, meditations, and mantras to awaken and balance your chakra system. When our chakras are balanced, we have a kinder and more aware relationsihip with our bodies, our emotions, our hearts, and our minds.
